We are the major manufacturer of Industrial Task Lighting, our range includes machine and workplace lighting, along with a range of medical bedhead & examination luminaires. Also available is the extensive range of support arms for various medical and industrial applications.

All work is carried out at our 12,000 sq.ft premises in Rugeley, Staffordshire. The original EDL was formed in 1992 to manufacture Lighting & Cable Supports. In August 1989 and prior to moving to its present location in 2000, the two major product groups were split to form EDL Industries Ltd & EDL Cable Supports Ltd. In 1999, the lighting company was purchased by its long term management through a management buyout.

All facilities for manufacture are on site, the include machine shop, assembly, shot/bead blasting, powder coating, welding, tube manipulation and bending, press work and metal spinning.

A design & build facility for task lighting and associated products is available along with variants of our standard product range, modified to suit customers requirements.
